hey guys the downfall of the indian team has once again sparked the conflict of juniors v seniors!!
the top guns of india havefailed once more & has ignited the topic "should the most experienced members of the team retire" & make way for youngsters.its a general call thats its the outcome of more T20 games but do tell me how many T20 games did the "trio" of india played before coming to this game.methinks its the right time to bring revolution in INDIAN team as the youngsters are playing good cricket. making MSD as captain may be controversial but still one can rely on somebody like SEHWAG for 2-3 yrs. & then think for dhoni or any other replacement at that time.Kumble has also become too old to handle the pressure of captaincy.
its not needed that the changes shall at take place suddenly but a proper rotation policy should be adopted to not to loose the balance in the side.experience is a very big thing in test matches & we should not loose it in a flash but try to help the juniors to attain it by giving them 1-2 chances in least significant series. that will be a good experience for the younger players.
but its not us to decide that what should be the planning for the team,its the responsibility of the seniors to step up & believe that a better player is in the que & he should get the chance. i remember that Darren Lehmann (Aus) traced an example by qiuting the game and paved the way for young Michael Clarke.everybody knows what happened next!!
so its time for the senirs to show some maturity & show us an example to help the country...........
